Our co-working memberships include a registered business address, hot-desk space and all of our other consultancy and administrative services, while community membership provides access to our exceptional support and networks.
Our Falmer hub features an open plan business lounge space, private booths and a stylish hotdesking space to suit whatever mode you feel like working in today. Based on campus at the University of Sussex, less than 15 minutes’ drive from Brighton, Burgess Hill, Lewes and Uckfield, it’s a convenient location to access world-leading researchers, students and graduates, to help your business thrive.

Event space
It’s easier to think differently with a change of scenery. Our centre can be the perfect place to host your event; a conference, workshop or training day when you’re looking to treat your guests to an inspiring atmosphere. Our spacious seminar room allows for theatre or roundtable seating, state-of-the-art AV, catering and more. We’ll help to make your guests feel welcome and do everything we can to ensure that you hold an event to remember.
Creative space
Whether you’re shooting video content for a new campaign, or need a room with a digital project board to throw some ideas at the wall, we have the resources to help. Our soundproofed podcasting suite is the perfect place to record your story, and our corner boardroom is set up with versatility in mind for brainstorming and ideation sessions.
Meeting space
Sometimes you just need a well-appointed boardroom for your annual review or to get a few people round a table to talk strategy. Whatever meeting space your business requires, you’ll be sure to find it at Sussex Innovation – and our smart screen systems and blackout blinds make it easy to present in the room or blend video conferencing with in-person discussion.
