Claire heads up the team who manage our space, look after our members and visitors, organise events and socials, and promote the Sussex Innovation community.

Maria undertakes deep dives into trends, markets and competitors to help you understand what can make your business stand out.

Head of Finance and Systems

Linda oversees our finance team, ensuring that our financial operations are conducted with efficiency and precision, keeping us on track for success.

Croydon Centre Manager (On Maternity Leave)

Daisy knows everyone in our community, and helps members to find the skills and support they need by making introductions and organising events.

Building Supervisor

Sam looks after the practical needs of our tenants and co-working members – he’ll be the one to fix things when they go wrong, as well as being the friendly face that many visitors see when they arrive!

Eve works alongside Maria, providing insights through market research to help innovative businesses, start-ups, and university spinouts succeed.

Aly covers all things marketing and partnerships; from forming lasting relationships to get exclusive benefits for our members to managing and curating our events programme and marketing strategy.

Project Coordinator

Frank works alongside Peter, supporting and managing research commercialisation projects on behalf of the University.

LATOYA CHRISTIE

Croydon Reception

Latoya looks after our tenants and co-working members in Croydon, taking phone calls and mail and handling meeting room bookings.

Jill Petty

Falmer Reception

Jill is based at reception, providing support to our tenants and a welcome to visitors, while also helping to maintain the building.

Jason Vu

Finance Manager

Jason, our finance manager, works with the finance team to offer comprehensive financial services to our clients, including advise and practical support. In addition, Jason is instrumental in our own financial processes, ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Simon Chuter

Head of Centres and Investment Services

Simon heads-up the University of Sussex Business Angels network, bringing together local investors with businesses who have a relationship with the University. Simon also consults with our members on sales, marketing and strategy.

Flora Heisz

Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator

Flora looks after bookkeeping and payroll for SINC and our tenants, ensuring that everything continues to run smoothly.

Facilities Apprentice

Alice is a key member of our facilities team, providing support to our members and a welcome to visitors, while also helping to maintain the building.

Finance Assistant

Nick provides accounting support with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable, alongside supporting bookkeeping services for our clients.
