Salary: £18k – £23k dependent on experience

Job title: Accounts / Sales Order Administrator
Hours: 35hrs/week
About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our small team in a varied support role. This is an entry-level position that could suit someone early in their career who’s keen to learn and grow over time.
The role includes dispatching orders, helping with stock and shipping paperwork, supporting accounts, and getting involved in marketing and customer service. You’ll be given training and support, with the chance to take on more responsibility as you develop.
We’re open to applications from school leavers, college leavers, or apprentices, and we welcome candidates with a good attitude and a willingness to learn — even if you don’t have much experience yet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
- Assist with international shipping documents and stock management
- Provide basic support for customer queries (email/phone)
- Help with accounts admin tasks (with training and support)
- Contribute to social media, marketing emails, and website updates
- Learn the technical side of our products to support customers over time
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, organised, and willing to learn
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Confident communicator (spoken and written English)
- Comfortable using a computer and basic software (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Interest in learning about products, marketing, or international trade
- Some work or school-based experience (retail, admin, warehouse, etc.) is helpful but not essential
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, WordPress, or Mailchimp
- Experience with social media content or marketing
- Interest in tech, logistics, or business operations
