We are specialists in wellbeing and technology. We love creating scientifically validated products to help people be at their best, at work, at home, at play.

Our mission is to measurably improve the wellbeing of 10 million people.

The company was founded by Nicholas Begley, formerly Head of Research at Headspace and Dr George MacKerron, creator of Mappiness – the world’s largest research study into momentary happiness.

We are currently internally reviewing our latest self development app ahead of our B2B launch and are looking for a motivated individual with excellent attention to detail to help us test content. They will be looking for software bugs and content errors – as well as giving feedback on the general feel and usability of the app. It’s important this person has strong written skills, is familiar with smartphones and ideally has an interest in psychology/self development.

We would like someone to work full time for two weeks (with the possibility of an extension), starting asap. Ideally, the candidate will spend at least 2-3 days with us, working in the Sussex Innovation Centre, alongside some remote work.

Everyone wants to improve. Whether you want to become a better leader, better sleeper or reduce your anxiety, we all want to improve our lives. And where do you usually turn to? Books, audiobooks, or the internet. But if you’re honest, have the self-development books you’ve read led to the changes you’d hoped for?

If not, don’t worry, you’re not alone. But if you think about it, if you read a book on how to ride a bike, would you magically expect to be able to ride a bike? The self-development market fails to deliver, not because the advice isn’t good, but because the information isn’t enough. If it was, we’d all be multi-millionaires with perfect relationships and six-pack abs! Change requires practice. We need help putting advice into action. So that’s what we do. We help you put the advice of the world’s leading self-development authors into action in your life, to create real change.

It’s like a more interactive version of Masterclass, with content from the world’s leading self-development authors. We take proven content, with proven demand and deliver it in a more effective way, working with authors to deliver it to their established fanbases at a low cost of user acquisition.

We’ve already launched 3 successful apps based on books into the market. They are individual courses tackling Grief, Anxiety and Self-Compassion that will eventually be integrated into our central platform. Our Grief app was recently featured as App of the Day on the Apple App Store and all of our apps have racked up 100’s of positive reviews from users that love them.
