We are delighted that FlexForwardBrighton will be supporting Rockinghorse Children’s Charity – the official fundraising arm of the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton. We are suggesting a donation of £30 per attendee, with just a minimum £1 to book your seat and all profits going to Rockinghorse. We hope you will give generously to an amazing charity close to our hearts.

FlexForwardBrighton will be opened by our Keynote Speakers: David Blackburn, Chief People Officer at the FSCS, Dr Charlotte Rae, Psychology Lecturer at Sussex University researching the neuroscience of the 4-day week and Donna Holland, CEO of Rockinghorse Children’s charity, who will also be our peer mentors.

We want to share knowledge and experience with practical hands-on suggestions and advice for how to define, create and utilise a flexible working culture and environment that thrives and empowers businesses and employees.
Flex working has many proven results, happier staff means happier at work more energy, less sickness, in the long run huge rewarding results for both employee and the business.
