We will be hosting a series of induction and training workshop sessions to help you familiarise yourself with the new Sussex Innovation Members’ Portal.

Members of the Sussex Innovation Finance team will be on hand to guide you through the features of the Members’ Portal and answer any questions you may have.

 

During the session we will cover how to:

  • Sign up for the Members’ Portal
  • Sign up your team
  • Book meeting rooms
  • Submit tickets and track facilities progress
  • Manage your invoices, payments, and memberships
  • View and register for events

What is the Sussex Innovation Members’ Portal?

The Sussex Innovation Members’ Portal is an online platform designed to increase your member experience. The new system, powered by leading provider Office RnD, will simplify the ways that you can make bookings and payments, communicate with our team and find out more about what’s going on across our hub locations.

 

The platform has the capabilities to allow you to connect with fellow members and generate new leads from within our membership by making your profile visible. You never know, your next collaboration may be in the building!
