The ‘Going round in circles’ Breakfast
The circle is undoubtedly Dr David Greenfield’s favourite shape.
David first came to Brighton as a student and has gone full circle by becoming Professor of Circular Economy there. He’s also Vice President of both the Circular Economy Institute and the Circular Economy Club.
Ten years ago (a nice round number!), David founded SOENECS. It’s an organisation which offers research, advice and solutions on the topics of the circular economy, environmental auditing, waste & resource management.
He is also the man behind Tech-Takeback, a not-for-profit company that collects old electricals across the city to save them from landfill.
There’s not much David doesn’t know about going green, as he’s worked in everything from cycling proficiency to recycling.
This is bound to be a popular breakfast so don’t take too long to get a-round to booking your ticket!
