Cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset is about confidence and self-belief; development and growth; and always, learning new and valuable skills.
Having the right mindset is important – it helps you overcome challenges, set-backs, and give you an up-to-date tool box to use at work and in life.
This in-person Bite-sized Learning session is for people who are running or managing businesses and feel they would benefit from an entrepreneurial mindset refresh.
You might have ambitious plans to implement; your team is looking to you; you’re starting a new project or you’ve taken on new responsibilities. You might want to respond better to opportunities and feedback. You get the idea, if this sounds like you.
Takeaways from this workshop include:
• An introduction to mindset and its impact
• Identifying key entrepreneurial mindset traits and areas for development
• Enhancing your effectiveness with colleagues and clients
• Learning new tools and processes to add to your skills
• A chance to meet and work with others who will be experiencing similar challenges to yours
This is an interactive and in-person session (at the Business & IP Centre in Jubilee Library) where you’ll get a chance to meet peers, work on your individual challenges, and get feedback from others working in small groups.
