Ownership

The Sussex Innovation Centre Management Company is a private limited company.

The shareholders are:

  • University of Sussex (81%)
  • Brighton & Hove City Council (9.5%)
  • East Sussex County Council (9.5%)

The company is therefore a majority owned subsidiary of the University of Sussex.

The Board Directors of the Sussex Innovation Centre are:

The Innovation Centre buildings are owned by the Sussex Innovation Centre Development Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Sussex.
